I'm Amanda Kate. I live in NYC, love my city life, but have dreams of vast open spaces all the same. I miss the city when I'm away, and miss the mountains and the ocean when I'm here. I love to travel over and above just about anything else, but will do a lot to jump off a rope swing, ski through mounds of powder, or listen to a good story teller.

The Chocolate Soufflizzle last night was delicious.  Only wish they’d called it that on the menu instead of just the bland “chocolate souffle”.We apparently ordered ‘fire’ with our dinner as well.  Fortunately, it was on the house.
